modern rooms daily cleaning helpful staff repetitive food broken signage broken tiles
the rooms were modern, i liked that. rooms get cleaned daily, i noticed that. staff was very helpful and friendly, it was a plus.
the food selection could have been better, it felt repetitive. my room faced some signage for the hotel, the signage was broken. there were some broken tiles around the pool area, i think they should fix that quickly.

i found the pool area very well maintained. the animation team was friendly and professional , and it.
the air conditioning never worked in my room. i could not open the bedroom window , so it was too stuffy.

surprisingly good!
thoughtful touches varied food
the hotel provided some really thoughtful touches. the staff works hard with a smile, especially micol, who welcomed us on arrival. i found the pool and garden area relaxed , with good varied food quality and house wines and beer. evening entertainment lacked atmosphere, though the young staff made every evening enjoyable.
Unfortunately , we encountered several issues with our room. the first room had a strong chemical smell, along with a persistent mould smell. there was also a white powdery substance on one of the walls. i reported this to reception, and they moved us to another room. there was no apology for the inconvenience.

the staff demonstrated a can do attitude, making our experience very smooth and enjoyable , and i never felt the need to ask more than once for any request , which was very efficient and greatly appreciated.

Really good Stay. Highly Recommend!
spacious rooms comfortable beds diligent staff
This hotel provided spacious, clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. I found a wide variety of well-presented options in the restaurant. It always pleased me. The pool area and snack bar remained clean, with plentiful sun beds. The staff consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist. They worked diligently to ensure an excellent experience.
I noticed minimal lighting along the stairways and walkways during the evenings. I found navigating some stairs unassisted challenging due to the absence of handrails, which posed a difficulty. I feel the lighting could be improved. The safety is important.

modern decor working television friendly staff
The hotel has modern decor. Rooms have a working television, a fridge, and air conditioning. (The AC was a lifesaver!) Rooms get cleaned daily. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
