I found the location perfect. It was near public transport. Made getting around easy. The breakfast offered a huge selection of food items. I enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruits.
The room was quite small. I had difficulty moving around with my luggage. The promised landmark view turned out to be just a view of the street right outside.

unreplaced towelsempty minibar
i must admit, the room service was rather... nonexistent. my towels remained stubbornly unreplaced, and the bed looked like it had lost a fight with a flock of pigeons each morning. also, the minibar seemed perpetually stocked with nothing but water, a thrilling choice for those who enjoy hydration above all else. perhaps i should have brought my own tiny bottles of wine and snacks. perhaps that would have livened things up a bit. or not.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

small roomunfriendly staff
The room I was given felt quite small. I was also disappointed by the lack of attention to customer service. I found the front desk staff slow and not particularly friendly, the service was not good.
