I stayed in a beautiful king room. the room included a separate shower and a bathtub. It felt luxurious. breakfast had a large selection. The fresh pastries were amazing!!!
The in-room coffee machine was a bit complicated to use. It took a few tries.

the staff were friendly. alan at the door was especially helpful, but all door staff were eager to assist. rooms were always clean. turndown service was a lovely touch. i found it so nice to return to a tidied room after a day out.
I had to leave a deposit. it was 100€ per night. That amount was a lot for my three nights. i would have appreciated more transparency upfront.

the front desk staff provided friendly assistance. i also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the downtown area. it ran every 30 minutes, so getting around became effortless and really helpful. the service was consistent.

the complimentary private bus transported me downtown. it was very convenient. the rooms include spaciius rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. the free shuttle runs every half hour into the city centre. the location allows easy access to the train station.
the check-in experienced delays. i faced an hour wait for room readiness because many guests checked out late. staff offered spa showers as a temporary solution.
