The location was very convenient, near luxury shopping and within easy walking distance of the city center. The staff members were helpful and friendly (they were very kind). The indoor and outdoor pool and sauna added to my relaxation.
The carpets in my room had a few large red stains on them. The minibar only contained water, and no room service was available. The spa facilities had locker rooms reserved for those with booked treatments, information I received rudely and late.

The staff greeted me warmly. The room on the third floor was very spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I found both the rooftop pool and indoor spa a fantastic way to relax after exploring. The location allowed easy access to transit options.
The gym felt quite small. It was often OVER crowded, which limited my ability to exercise effectively. A larger space would significantly improve the experience.

The room was a beautiful double or twin room. it was immaculate and great. they cleaned it twice daily and regularly replenished bottled water, even providing extra when requested. chocolates was in the evening. A plate of pastries and a bottle of wine greeted me upon arrival.

A Few Issues Detracted from the Experience

My stay had a couple of disappointments. No one told me this prior to my arrival. It was one reason I booked the stay. i was charged twice on my credit card. I still have not received a refund after many emails.
