I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered good quality with a wide variety of choices. The hotel bar was comfortable with a good selection of snacks and excellent food.
nOT a five star hotel, it very basic. Nothing really wrong with it just simple and cold. No luxury amenities or extras so definitely not the 5 star experience.

Really good Hotel Experience

The reception staff was professional and friendly upon arrival (they made a great first impression). The room offered good facilities and was well maintained daily. I especially appreciated the excellent breakfast with its wide selection of high-quality food.
I encountered an issue with the room I booked. Despite reserving a king-size bed, the hotel provided two single beds pushed together. This arrangement created an uncomfortable gap between the mattresses.
