really good hospitality and cleanliness
immaculate cleanliness friendly staff excellent decor
I loved every moment. the cleanliness was immaculate throughout the hotel, i noticed. the bar features excellent decor and friendly staff. It became my favorite spot after full days out. room service was also excellent.
The carpet in my room was stained. the hotel seemed old. the coffeemaker looked quite old. I would like to see it updated.

the location is set back from the busy city center, though amazing restaurants are within walking distance. the area feels very safe. it is also cozy.

quick check in guest relations heavy perfume common area
the check in was quick. a member of the guest relations team walked me to my room. the team member showed me how everything worked in the room.
the hotel has heavy perfume piped into common areas. it overwhelmed me. i could not spend any time in those areas.

dimmed lighting coffee machine
the room lighting was indeed insufficient. it made it difficult to read in the evening. additionally, the breakfast buffet lacked variety . there were very few options for gluten-free diners. the fresh fruit selection was monotonous and consisted mainly of apples and oranges. the coffee machine was often out of order, and i experienced considerable delays to get a simple cappuccino.
