whatsapp communication fast response helpful staff poor soundproofing old lifts limited light
I stayed in a two-bedroom suite. It worked perfectly for my needs. the staff used whatsapp to communicate, and their responses were fast! they even checked on me to see if i needed anything, which i found very helpful.
The soundproofing between the rooms was not the best. This impacted my experience a bit. old lifts were not nice. i also noticed there wasn't much natural light in some areas, and that bothered me.

mixed feelings about this stay
inattentive service poor soundproofing
The staff was generally not very friendly. I rarely received a greeting. breakfast service was slow and inattentive, even for basic requests. turndown service was inconsistent. One night it was perfect, another night i was only offered towels. noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. The soundproofing is not great.
