I liked the free upgrade to a two-bed bungalow! the hotel staff were always friendly and cute. breakfast was plentiful. So many choices. the pools were quiet, and i loved swimming in them!

i was given free towels for the pool! the breakfast was so diversified! it included omelets made on the spot with whatever you wanted to add. fruits, churros, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, charcuterie, cheese and vegetables were all available. english breakfast items like beans, bacon, and eggs were also there!!!
the hotel seemed understaffed to me. i heard quite a few guests mention that the hotel has declined since changing from the riu owners. it's a shame because the public areas are lovely. the reception staff could be awful sometimes!!!

The breakfast had amazing food and diversity. There was fruits, churos, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, charcuterie, cheese, and vegetables. It also had all products of an English breakfast like beans, bacon, and eggs. The staff helped me upgrade my room for free and I now had a better view. The room was always clean.
The gym had no air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable to exercise in the heat.

The hotel rooms offer nice bedding with soft towels. Rooms feature a balcony and some offer sea views. It was perfect to seat down to relax after a long day.

Breakfast on the open terrace provided views of the sea, it was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a massive variety with many options. They even have a mimosa station where I served my own drinks!

The staff were warm and cute, they provided a pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff was especially helpful. They helped with all my needs to.
