The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. The breakfast buffet had a really good selection. The hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned impeccably each day.
The beach pool is only available after 10:00. I found this inconvenient. Reception said it is to prevent people from reserving the sunbeds, though at 09:20 there was a queue of people waiting. It's a ridiculous EXPERIENCE for such an expensive hotel.

This hotel was super clean and smelled amazing all over. I loved the spa, the beach cove near the hotel was a total bonus. Breakfast had many options and cava. Staff was always smiling and ready to help. I had a really great experience.
The hotel air con was not good. It struggled to keep the room cool during the day.

Spa facilities were clean. There is a cala right next to the hotel, and it is a big bonus. I walked to the center for restaurants. I also enjoyed entertainment within minutes.

Premier double rooms are located on the top floor. These rooms overlooked the pool areas and were super lovely. Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained clean. The decor throughout the entire place looks clean and modern.

The staff was well trained. The team in the restaurant looked after us. They made us laugh and were awesome. A member of staff took my partner around to check all the gluten-free options available.

The location was good. The hotel provides access to a nice beach bar across the road. Staff helped us to figure out our trip, which I appreciate. The facility was clean, and the rooms were well-kept.
The gym seemed small with limited space, maybe only fitting around five people.
