i found the location quite convenient. it was super easy to hop on the tram, a big plus. the room was always super clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping. i really appreciated the comfy bed after long days.

it was a small hiccup, but worth mentioning.

the hotel staff were very helpful i found they assisted with taxi and tours. the location is quite central there are many shops cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the blue mosque and hagia sofia are not very far if you do not mind a walk of 20 to 30 minutes.

the rooms are noisy that's for sure. we had to change to a smaller room i was very bothered by the noise from the parties. after that noise from our neighbors bothered me too. i think i would have preferred a quieter stay overall.

This hotel location is pretty central, near tram and metro stations. shops and restaurants are very close. i did get early check in plus breakfast. A nice bonus. water and tissues were not automatically refilled. I had to ask.

the rooftop bar played music very late. it was impossible to sleep until 2:30 am because the bass was loud. scrambled egg seemed like soup. the bathroom lack ventilation.

the rooms photo was a different thing. the customer service are horrible and they refused to change our room. housekeepers did not allow us to rest.
