charming stay close to everything!

convenient location super clean room diligent housekeeping comfy bed

i found the location quite convenient. it was super easy to hop on the tram, a big plus. the room was always super clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping. i really appreciated the comfy bed after long days.

the elevator did take a little longer than expected sometimes. it was a small hiccup, but worth mentioning.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries. the panoramic view from the seventh floor dining area added a special touch. the food was AMAZING!!!

decent stay with some drawbacks

the hotel staff were very helpful i found they assisted with taxi and tours. the location is quite central there are many shops cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the blue mosque and hagia sofia are not very far if you do not mind a walk of 20 to 30 minutes.

the rooms are noisy that's for sure. we had to change to a smaller room i was very bothered by the noise from the parties. after that noise from our neighbors bothered me too. i think i would have preferred a quieter stay overall.

charmed by the location

central location early check in breakfast bonus

This hotel location is pretty central, near tram and metro stations. shops and restaurants are very close. i did get early check in plus breakfast. A nice bonus. water and tissues were not automatically refilled. I had to ask.

the rooftop bar played music very late. it was impossible to sleep until 2:30 am because the bass was loud. scrambled egg seemed like soup. the bathroom lack ventilation.

Inci greeted us with a smile EVERY morning. She offered GREAT recommendations for our day. Reception staff were helpful. The domestic staff kept the room clean and tidy daily.

The pool water was cold. I COULD not swim.

The hotel had a fantastic location. It was very close to public transport! Staff members were friendly, helpful, and always available, which I certainly appreciated. The breakfast offered great variety and high quality every morning.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable. It did not work in the room, inconvenient. I rely on stable internet while traveling.

the staff was friendly, providing information when needed.

the rooms photo was a different thing. the customer service are horrible and they refused to change our room. housekeepers did not allow us to rest.
