The cafe athenee had a cozy atmosphere. The staff were cute, and i felt taken care of. The cappuccino was the best (especially the foam).

On arrival, my room did not have the balcony i expected. The front desk could not provide a suitable alternative immediately. Eventually, i got a smaller room with a tiny, unclean balcony.

i especially appreciated the perfect service in the club lounge. catalin, the lounge manager, was professional and attentive to every detail. his dedicated service.

the gym was undergoing refurbishment , limiting access to some amenities however i understood the necessity for improvements

good size appointed room

the room size was good and well appointed. i liked the bathroom and it has a fabulous shower and a xl size stand alone bath tub. breakfast included a mix of buffet and a la carte options, all was delicious.

my room was sub-sol and half in the basement. i wanted to open the windows but they are locked shut. at check in i wish i was told that i am getting a room in the basement.
