The restaurant staff was friendly. the food selection in the buffet was extensive. I appreciated the variety. the pool area was clean. I liked the clear water. the location was also convenient for accessing the beach.
The evening entertainment was quite loud, especially the karaoke. It went on until late. the room service menu was limited, though i hoped for more options. there were charges for premium drinks, despite being all inclusive.

fantastic stay, great facilities
ideal facilities great pools sufficient breakfast engaging team
we came as a family, and the hotel was ideal. the two pools are great for kids. the breakfast was sufficient and good. the animation team was engaging, and my daughter enjoyed activities with them. the location is a short walk to the beach.
the kids play area needs some attention. i thought that some outdoor areas could also do with refreshing. i would say it is more of a 3 star plus.

the hotel is a short walk from the beach and town. the walk to the beach is easy. the location provides easy access to dining options. the port is only a short distance away.

The rooms were newly refurbished. the rooms feature air conditioning. the room also includes a balcony. the rooms were cleaned every day. This i appreciated.

great holiday experience
superior room walk-in shower food quality
i had a superior double room it was just right. the bathroom included a walk in shower. maid service was excellent . the pools are lovely and there was lots of kids entertainment. i was actually surprised by the food quality. my daughter and daughter in law enjoyed the activities.
The karaoke from a nearby hotel was quite loud some nights. It continued until late.

The hotel offered a great pool area suitable for families with children. It had slides and a splash pool, with enough sunbeds for all guests, i noticed too, it was close to both the beach and shops.

Breakfast offered many different styles and types of dishes. i saw a full english breakfast alongside continental options. there was also a variety of spanish pastries available. The all inclusive snacks were fantastic and plentiful, i never went hungry.
Service
10/10
The staff were helpful at all times. animation staff work really hard. The barmen made a superb white wine and soda each evening. i appreciated the courtesy and respect shown by all.
