My stay included multiple dining options. I found the food consistently fresh. The staff was always kind and ready to assist with any request. I appreciated the manager's help when I mistakenly booked an extra night. The willingness to accommodate was very smooth and stress-free.

helpful staff amazing spa constant water
the reception staff were very kind and helpful! the spa was amazing. the team constantly brought water at the beach. the buffet breakfasts had a huge variety.
i observed some taxi drivers near by, so ordering a taxi may take a few minutes.

old furniture constant noise
the adult side beach area was peaceful, i found this acceptable.
the furniture was quite old and made noise. the pool seemed constantly full of children. there was little peace, particularly with early morning noises. it certainly did not feel like an adult-only space.

decent stay, some issues surfaced
cold water unmotivated staff
the kids pool was not heated to a comfortable temperature. i assume it will be colder in the winter. the kids pool needed an upgrade, i saw other resorts with better water features. the staff seemed unmotivated. they need urgent training on basic listening skills and customer service skills.
