i found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. djihad and amine were especially attentive. harun, khaled and manager sid also assisted me well.
my room faced the wall of the next building. i booked a sea view and landmark view. the view was not what i expected at all. plus, they took a deposit from me, and it wasn't released immediately.

the staff was helpful, especially mahmoud akrouty, who managed everything. reception staff was professional and friendly. mohamed from room service kept my room super clean daily. the hotel has a fantastic location, plays good music, and offers access to amazing pools (i used them a lot).
this caused a slight obstruction to the view from my room.

The room had a super comfortable bed. The beach was very well-kept. The food was AMAZING!!!
The air conditioner did not work late at night. It took two hours to fix at 2 am. The noise of fixations above us prevented sleep.

I found some issues . The room wasnt ready when I arrived. It was dirty and really not acceptable. The pool had a lot of insects, I did not expect that. Staff did not fix it right away. staff asked me to pay for access to a room they moved my stuff to.

The room had high quality furnishings and a amazing terrace space. The location was convenient, with a lively pool bar right nearby! Lisa's service was really good. She really were pretty good too.
The air conditioning malfunctioned late at night, and it took two hours to fix it at 2 AM. This caused considerable discomfort and disrupted my sleep pattern. It was definitely an inconvenience after a long day.

the room included a bluetooth speaker it was easy to connect my phone i enjoyed listening to music the bed was large and comfortable i slept well each night. i found the staff at the front desk to be very helpful and polite rami in particular was always smiling and ready to assist with any questions. the hotel has a great location near several shops i was able to walk to get groceries and other items
