a tender embrace in the heart
amazing hammamreset facialwarm welcomeromantic tranquility
the spa's loccitane treatments felt particularly special. tati provided an amazing hammam experience, and ayu's reset facial was sublime. ana, riky, and taisia offered such a warm welcome that i appreciated. nasir's care around the jacuzzi area added to the romantic tranquility.
the breakfast at the fourth floor restaurant was slow and not very attentive, I felt a little forgotten.

The comfy bed was a real plus. I slept soundly each night. The room service was quick and efficient. I appreciated the prompt delivery and the quality of the food, it was DELICIOUS.
The check-in process was somewhat slow! though the staff were friendly.

The breakfast had a good variety. The staff provided attentive service (especially Zaheer, he was always smiling!). The bathroom featured a generous tub and a powerful rainfall shower head.
I noticed that when I asked for a late check-out the day before my departure, I was told the hotel was fully booked even though online availability suggested otherwise.

mixed feelings at this hotel
unattentive staffaccumulating plates
the system proved excellent during peak hours.
i found the service lacking attentiveness. upon entering the club lounge, staff did not acknowledge my presence or offer seating. empty plates accumulated on the small table, yet staff only refilled my wine without clearing them. the luxury french hospitality seems absent here.

the breakfast area felt chaotic. it wasn't a full buffet, and i had to order specific items at the table like an omelette. this caused confusion and delays, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! also, i found the gym lacking in equipment for a hotel of this caliber. there were limited options for a comprehensive workout.

my room, a king studio, was great. facilities included high end linen and a full bath. it also had a tub with a wide shower. i liked the views.
i had bad experience. the hotel give only one small bottle of water each day at the pool. if you want more bottles, you have to pay 25 aed for it.
