i found the staff helpful. the room was clean, and the amenities were well-stocked. i particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available! everything contributed to a relaxing stay, though the checkout process was a bit slow.
this occasionally caused delays in getting to meals and other activities.

The reception staff were awesome. I rested in the spacious seating area after my long trip. The staff gave me a great room early with check in. They baked a complimentary cake for my son's birthday!!! The breakfast service from the staff was the BEST!!! It was very efficient with a spacious seating area. The food was FRESH and delicious.

The pool is safe for smaller kids, so my kids loved it. There are multiple dining options with various cuisines to choose from, giving guests a wide range of culinary experiences. The hotel is very well maintained.

Check-in was seamless, like a well-oiled machine. Servers were constantly checking on the guests at the breakfast area. Check-out was also easy!!! The staff allowed me a little extra time in the room, since my child needed extra time to pack.

the breakfast was mediocre (in my opinion). i noticed restaurant staff were quite pushy with upselling. the hotel's location is somewhat isolated at the end of the palm.
