helpful staff clean room dining options
i found the staff helpful. the room was clean, and the amenities were well-stocked. i particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options available! everything contributed to a relaxing stay, though the checkout process was a bit slow.
the wait times for elevators were sometimes excessive, especially during peak hours. this occasionally caused delays in getting to meals and other activities.

The room featured a comfortable king bed and a separate seating area. Two bedside tables with lamps complemented the space. a spacious wardrobe with ample hangers offered good storage! the large windows provided adequate natural light.

the pool area included several sun loungers and umbrellas. a well-equipped fitness center featured treadmills and weight machines! there were multiple dining venues, each presenting unique cuisines. access to the private beach was convenient.

the concierge service efficiently handled requests for transportation and local information. the housekeeping staff maintained high cleanliness standards throughout my stay. i experienced prompt room service, and the orders arrived accurately! i appreciate this service.

The reception staff were awesome. I rested in the spacious seating area after my long trip. The staff gave me a great room early with check in. They baked a complimentary cake for my son's birthday!!! The breakfast service from the staff was the BEST!!! It was very efficient with a spacious seating area. The food was FRESH and delicious.

The pool is safe for smaller kids, so my kids loved it. There are multiple dining options with various cuisines to choose from, giving guests a wide range of culinary experiences. The hotel is very well maintained.

Check-in was seamless, like a well-oiled machine. Servers were constantly checking on the guests at the breakfast area. Check-out was also easy!!! The staff allowed me a little extra time in the room, since my child needed extra time to pack.

swim-up pool pool bar palm view mediocre breakfast pushy staff isolated location
the pool area was well maintained with two swim-up pool bars. i found the views of the palm excellent. the hotel offers multiple restaurants.
the breakfast was mediocre (in my opinion). i noticed restaurant staff were quite pushy with upselling. the hotel's location is somewhat isolated at the end of the palm.
