The hotel location is near JBR beaches. The park in front of the hotel was beautiful and well kept. I found the breakfast selection great.
I found ants in the room. it was resolved quickly. Room service food quality could be better. Non-alcoholic beverages did not meet expectations.

Staff was super nice. Everyone gave me a warm welcome. I must mention Khan. He. Pools was great, the gym good, and everything clean. I loved the green apples.
I experienced a loud noise coming from neighboring venues. I found music unbearable, and the bedroom vibrates. Soundproofing is nonexistent here.

The hotel has an unusually large territory. Wonderful peacocks roam around the grounds. The alley leading to the beach has lush greenery. This makes my walk pleasant even in the bright sun.

The breakfast had a very large variety of food. I loved that the main pool was deep. The quality of food for room service was excellent, so I didn't leave hungry at any moment.

This hotel surprised my wife for her birthday! our upgraded room had fresh fruit and bottled water, a sweet touch. the staff sang happy birthday (they even gave a cake!) at every meal. We felt so loved. hassan, khan, and daniel, thank you for the best week (it was a dream!).
The pool and beach area was not a peaceful experience.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location

The cleanliness of our room and its size was great. Breakfast options from the buffet had really tasty meals. I also found that everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds had extensive pools and a great swim-up bar.
Check-in took a little while as the staff prepared our room. I felt this process should be streamlined. This delay was inconvenient after a long journey.

The staff members were very attentive, and they responded quickly to requests. Staff provided assistance with directions and information about nearby attractions. The level of personalized attention enhanced the experience greatly.
