the location has its own beach and it is quite lovely. chilling by the pool is a good option too. the staff are very attentive, they provide buckets of ice with water to keep you hydrated.
children are not allowed in the serafina bar! it felt quite limited due to this restriction.

the staff working at the beach were consistently cute and helpful. mohammed akram and khalid were always ready with a smile and prepared sunbeds. all the staff is warm, attentive, and professional.

the hotel is quite close to various amenities, especially if you're looking to recover after a long flight. it's conveniently situated and provides a relaxing environment, though it is a little far away from the main city.

The room included Aesop toiletries. They smelled very nice! The hotel has a free courtesy bus. It made getting around easy. The breakfast offered quite a big variety of food. I especially liked the hot dishes.

I am really disappointed. i found A hair in the bathroom. It was not mine. the air conditioning in the room was not effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the room felt warm, even at the lowest setting! this made it difficult to sleep soundly. the hotel should address these issues promptly.
