The location is excellent, particularly because of its proximity to the museum of the future. The staff was always ready to help. The food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was a good experience, offering an really good spread. The pool service was really nice.
The refund of my deposit was slow. It has not been credited back up until now.

The location was great. It was very close to the museum of the future. the staff was friendly and helpful . the complimentary beach passes were a nice perk. free parking added convenience.
the air conditioning did not function well in my room. it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. i found myself sweating at night, unpleasant.

the breakfast was amazing!!! so much choice and everything was fresh. the room was spacious. the view was very nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist.
The gym was quite busy. it made it a little difficult to get on the equipment i wanted. the pool area was also crowded at times. i had some trouble finding a lounger. there weren't enough hangers initially. I had to request extras.
