a fantastic, family-friendly experience!

I enjoyed my stay. the kids club was great, and my children really liked tara and chathumi. They are very attentive. the breakfast service was also really nice, though i don't recall the server's name.
The only minor issue i encountered was the lack of readily available teaspoons. It felt a bit odd to be charged extra for them. disposable options could easily resolve this.

The hotel has walking distance to parks, mcdonalds, outlet mall and nearby riverland. Buggy transport around the resort was efficient, and the drivers were always helpful and friendly making access easy.

nice stay with some hiccups

lazy riverattentive staff
I loved the resort facilities. They included several pools and a lazy river. kranthi, a staff member in the restaurant, proved super friendly and willing to address any special requests i had. hikina has become a gem, too. I enjoyed the atmosphere, attentive staff, and amazing food there.
