The hotel has a great location near the metro. It made getting around quite easy! the staff were generally friendly, and they helped to. the room was clean. I appreciated that.
The club lounge was disappointing. It was often noisy with children. the food at the pool took a long time to arrive! my meal came before my husband's, and i finished before his arrived. the food selection at the main buffet was limited, and much of it was cold.

i found the hotel located a short walk from the metro station. the location offered easy access to major attractions. taxis were readily available outside the hotel. the room included a large, comfortable bed and offered ample storage space.
the gym was in a separate building. walking to it required crossing a parking lot. this arrangement meant i had to bring extra clothes to change into.

the reception staff was helpful and pleasant . salma arranged a safari tour on short notice after another agency cancelled.

i enjoyed a large buffet breakfast each morning with a wide selection of food. the rooftop swimming pool provided nice views. there is a complimentary shuttle service to the beach and staff provide towels.

The location was excellent (everything was so close!).
The pool was located in a separate building. I did not find that very convenient. The food quality was not amazing either. I was hoping for better.

The staff was friendly at check-in. the room was spacious. it had a view of the ocean and a window ledge to sit on. the coffee in the room was very good. the location was convenient for the metro. It was close to the financial centre metro stop.
The swimming pool was closed. It was a bummer, but there was a shuttle service to a sister hotel.
