I loved the Dyson hairdryer. It was a great touch. the room had a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa. The hotel staff were very kind!

the room was luxurious and nicely finished. the view of the city was acceptable (especially at night).
i am disappointed with the service. i sent a detailed email to finalize my reservation for a special occasion, but i did not receive a call back, nor a response to my email. this lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
