The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection of foods (especially the fresh pastries). The pools had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The housekeeping service kept the room impeccably clean throughout my stay.

i found the staff friendly and very helpful. my room had a beautiful sea view from the 19th floor. the drone show at night was quite a treat. the bed mattress was comfortable and i had the best sleep.

the mini bar only had one small tin of beer and a couple of soft drinks.

my beautiful room sea view offered a spacious layout with ample space for luggage and relaxation. it includes two separate sinks, made getting ready easier and a rainfall shower that really added to the luxury. also, the room was cleaned twice daily.

i liked the hotel's swimming pools, they are well maintained. the hotel gym had lots of state of art equipment, and it was clean. there were also kids playgrounds available, so the little ones had a blast.

i found the rooms very nice and neat. there were many toiletries available for use. the staff was very helpful and attentive in all areas of the hotel. they responded fast to all my requests, ensuring i had everything i needed. i also enjoyed the inclusive options with great food and drink choices.

the phone system sometimes took multiple attempts to get through, inconvenient, but it was resolved quickly

the location near the mall was very convenient. the breakfast was great (especially the endless selections of food!). the staff members were friendly and helpful.

the level of hospitality regarding answering the phones was disappointing. i had to ring multiple times to get through. i sometimes gave up after 3 or 4 attempts waiting over 5 minutes each time. (this happened even when i needed something urgently couriering from the room). i got a feeble apology upon check-out with no remorse. the car valet sometimes parked further away from the door despite available space nearby, not helpful with young children.
