i liked the many swimming pools available. water sliders were fun for everyone. the breakfast had a variety of options. the staff were very friendly and efficient.
the ac in my room was pretty noisy even after reporting it.

The kids club is very small. It also has limited games inside! plus, there were hidden charges. i had to pay 20 aed to play ps5 for 1 hour, for just 1 game. this was frustrating

the all-inclusive option was a treat during the weekend. i found the food to be genuinely pleasant, something i don't always expect from such deals. also, multiple spots throughout the resort made getting drinks easy. my son enjoyed the pools with slides and the playground was open late. the breakfast had a delicious variety of foods we could choose ourselves.
The ac in my room was quite noisy. It improved after i reported it, yet it remained noticeable. the sofa bed was not very comfortable and made noises with every movement. i noticed bird droppings and general debris from the previous day were not cleaned near building 2800. finding a clean chair was difficult.

I really like my room. It had a cozy balcony looking at the pools. I had a delicious breakfast plus dinner. The staff helped me a lot and were friendly. The pools area was so clean and tidy.

Food was AWESOME in the restaurant. The buffet had a variety of meat and fish. The staff was super friendly. I even got some pleasant benefits. The beach was roomy with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. It was easy to find a spot. Free parking was available.
