The staff were very friendly and helpful . The gym has a good selection of equipment including treadmills and weights. The location is also very convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

The television in my room was not functioning properly. I could not connect my devices. Housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent with replacing toiletries. I had to call to request more soap and shampoo. This was a LITTLE inconvenient.

I appreciated the availability of a shuttle service to the major malls. It made getting around convenient. The pool area was clean, and I enjoyed the heated pool during both morning and evening swims. I found several dining options within the hotelwith variety . The staff remembered me.

The television in the room did not allow external device connections. This was a slight inconvenience.
