The pool was great. The restaurants were also great especially Liang Li. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety (I especially loved the omelets).

Our room had queen beds separated by a sofa. There was charging only on one side of each bed. The canal had jetskis playing on it all day and into the evening (it was noisy).

i have stayed at many luxury hotels, but this one stood out. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. the beds provided great comfort (especially after long days of exploring). housekeeping promptly addressed our needs, even finding pillows that suited my preference perfectly.

i found that the speedboats on the canal created noise at times.

the front desk staff was helpful and welcomed me warmly upon arrival. i appreciated the attentiveness from staff by the pool, they were always ready to assist. several staff members consistently checked on me, showing genuine care and dedication.

the breakfast had a wide variety of high-quality food. i tried the asian restaurant and found its service to be really good. the chef was happy to accommodate specific dietary needs and preferences (like gluten and dairy intolerances).
