Very nice Service and Stylish Stay!
warm greeting taxi assistance really good visit staff kindness
I was greeted warmly by Moses, the door captain! He was always ready to assist with taxis. Wisaal at reception. She were really good too ensure I had a wonderful experience! The staff's kindness was really noticeable.
I think the music volume at times slightly detracted from a completely peaceful experience.

The hotel provided convenient beach access, awesome for easy transitions between the pool and the sea. This was a major plus. Transportation options were readily available for exploring nearby attractions. The Palm location has amazing views!

The breakfast buffet featured a rich selection of items. I particularly enjoyed the custom-made omelets and fresh coffee. Sobe Bar service was excellent! Bharat, Thupten, Jhunand, and Nabel extended excellent hospitality . The food was AMAZING!!!

The gym offered a nice range of equipment to maintain my workout routine, including several treadmills and weight machines. I found it very convenient. The pool area was pristine, with very comfortable loungers and attentive staff. I loved it!

insufficient staff additional fee
the hotel was very crowded at check-in and the staff was insufficient. it took an hour and fifteen minutes to check in. the pool for adults now has an additional fee for entry. i found it frustrating i had to wait so long for services i thought were included.

friendly staff upgraded room cute porters
the service was attentive and friendly. i especially thank tj at the front desk. he upgraded our room with good views. porters at the entrance.
the pool was crowded. i waited a long time to get drinks.

balanced stay at this hotel
breakfast selection food quality team performance pool area attentive staff hot conditions road-facing room night noise poor curtains morning light small towels bath
i found the breakfast selection at liv restaurant plentiful. the food quality was good. the team at the pool did a great job. they looked after the guests in hot conditions.
the road-facing room was noisy at night. the curtains did not block out the morning light. bath towels were quite small , more like large hand towels.
