This beautiful hotel offered a royal experience with luxury. We had interconnecting Palace Twin and King rooms, numbers 227, 229, and 230 (conveniently adjacent). The rooms faced the large grounds, a picturesque view I remember fondly. The housekeeping was top notch with prompt service.
Their sales professionalism could use a slight improvement. I found this a bit frustrating initially.

The staff handled check-in and check-out smoothly. Vaishali, the butler, and Kevin from housekeeping were very attentive. Both were patient with every request, which i appreciated.

Sudeshna and her team provided perfect service! she was attentive and thoughtful. she organized a personalized experience. she made sure our room was comfortable. vatsalya mehrotra organized a fantastic dinner for us. The food was excellent. the team shows dedication to excellence. i believe this hotel is luxurious. i look forward to returning!
the balcony was not clean and the plants were dead! there was a loud event that happened in the hotel. the party used very loud speakers, and i could hear it throughout the hotel. the concierge told us "next time don't come in wedding season".

The hotel offers multiple dining options with good food. breakfast had a flute player, nice. staff like dhiraj gave the best food recommendations and made sure the food was hot. I appreciated this. they need to know buffet prices, though.

I found the hotel design very interesting, especially the pool area. the staff provided good service throughout my stay. i loved the attractive outdoor dining areas. They were perfect for a relaxed meal. the premises were immaculate!
