The lobby is beautiful. It is large and spacious. I found standard rooms in the Ajloun section adequate. The room was beautiful, large, and clean.
In a room intended for two people, there was only ONE drinking glass.

overcrowded area real alternative
the room was acceptable it had enough space
i found the pool area overcrowded there were too many sunbeds packed closely together this left almost no personal space moreover i was told other pools were under maintenance this meant we had no real alternative at the time

I found the elevators going down to the beach old. Maintenance is overdue on that, in my opinion.

Amazing Dead Sea Experience

easy access private beach helpful staff gorgeous view
The location provides very easy access to the Dead Sea. We had a King Guest Room, it was amazing! The views are gorgeous from the room. The hotel has its own private beach. Staff members are available there to help with mud applications and photos.
The cocktails at the bar were slightly watery for my taste.

The staff are very attentive. They quickly addressed all our needs. Reham, at the main restaurant, was especially helpful. The team exemplifies happy and attentive service. Amar was very professional and gave us the best service he could.
