The staff was friendly. The hotel maintained clean rooms daily. I loved the food. It was always presented beautifully.
The adult pool area was not cleaned daily. The hotel is about a 20/25 mins in shuttle from anywhere with life. The evening entertainment for adults was not good.

the staff was polite and very helpful. the animators were very friendly and professional. the swimming pool and entertainment were great. i am grateful for these aspects.

the hotel offered a great aqua park. it had slides for everyone, including the kids. the all-inclusive package included made-to-order omelets and pizzas. there was also a snack bar open in the afternoons, a real plus for quick bites.
the location was a bit remote. it felt far from city center activities. venturing out required a taxi or hotel shuttle.

i was so happy to find fresh salad at almost every meal (i love veggies!). the drinks and cocktails were also really good! the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they arranged taxis for me whenever i needed one.
There is nothing around the hotel. I needed to get taxis if i wanted to go out and about.

my family and i stayed for four nights and found the hotel met our basic needs. the room was clean, and the daily cleaning service kept it tidy. the buffet offered many options, but the repetition became noticeable after a few days. the multiple pools allowed us to easily find space, and lifeguards were present.
The noise levels at night were high. Thin walls allowed sound from neighboring rooms to easily penetrate.

they gave us a suite with a balcony because they didnt had our room. i always found a sun bed near the pools. the drinks bar open until 11pm is amazing. fresh fruit at meal times was a great option too.
the shower needs updating and they were not a great choice of drinks in the hotel, the variety was not great. the drinks seemed ok but not enough in choices for me.
