Excellent service beautiful hotel

the reception staff were warm and friendly always very helpful the concierge was nice funny and talkative i found the rooms spacious and clean i appreciated the great hotel restaurant and breakfast thanks for the room service also the wifi worked well i found the staff really good. i liked that halid and fatima were very helpful and cute giving 5 stars service they spoke good english and were cheerful. the reception area and restaurant area are lovely i enjoyed the great pool and terrace. the great sized rooms were kept very clean and i was happy with the decent selection for breakfast.
the hotel didn't have a first aid box i thought was quite a surprise. the website mentions welcome tea or coffee and some pastries and also a spa discount i didn't get any welcome drinks or spa discount. the hammam bath was just an exfoliating treatment while the massage was good. the room had a bathroom leakage problem.

wonderful moments

attentive staffkind ladiescomfortable arrival
i am grateful for the attentiveness of the staff. the two ladies at reception, hasna and oumayma, were very kind. they always offered help. mr khalid assisted with the luggage. he ensured we felt comfortable upon arrival.
the breakfast was disappointing. it lacked variety and quality. cutlery was also not clean.

welcome teabathroom leakage
the advertised welcome tea never showed. spa discounts i thought i would get? vanished like a mirage. the room got this weird bathroom leakage thing going on, i was pretty sure my bathroom was trying to become a swimming pool. i also had to ask several times for fresh towels. it seems this hotel is allergic to cleanliness, or at least selectively blind to it.

the spa access isn't free. i assumed it was, but i had to pay extra to use the downstairs pool area. the upstairs pool was very cold, i guess that's expected this time of year, also it was really shallow. i couldn't swim properly. check in, it also took ages and only one member of staff dealt with new visitors.

the staff included khalid. they were SUPER nice! everybody was willing to help and did their best! the spa area was also super good. the location was great, within walking distance to many tourist points.
my sheets were dirty with hair and stains. the jacuzzi WASN'T working properly. the layout and the lighting of the room was just HORRENDOUS. this isn't a 4-star hotel but a bad 3-star one.
