central location, some drawbacks

the location is central, a very short walk to the duomo.
The shower in my room was poorly designed, it really impacted my stay. The rainfall showerhead was so massive that it covered almost the entire shower. the handle to turn the water on and off was on the wall opposite the shower door. i had to request new towels daily because we had to sop the floors after each shower.

lovely viewkind staffgreat advice
the tourist sites are very close. the views from the roof are amazing. the staff were very kind and helped me with anything i needed. bernardo gave us great advice for restaurants and places to see
the common areas had a slight cleaning product smell .

the room included a minibar refilled daily with water beer sodas and juices. the bathroom featured a shower with plenty of amenities. the room also came with a complimentary bottle of chianti upon arrival as well as some snacks.

Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel is great location. It's an easy walk to key sites. Many excellent restaurants are nearby, as are gelaterias and the train station. Entering, I immediately felt calm and sensed luxury, a true place to relax after a day of seeing the sights. The staff's high level of attention was also evident in every detail.
The shower was not as roomy as I would have preferred. As an average sized person, I found it difficult to move without hitting the shower walls. (A small issue overall.)

The building offers a spa to enjoy. Modern equipment includes air conditioning and plentiful outlets, (which is very convenient!). This ensured a comfortable and technologically convenient experience.

The hotel is situated in the city center. The location is within walking distance of the train station. Major tourist sites are literally around the corner, providing immediate access to local attractions.
