the location IS very convenient to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a very large selection of choices. the kids really enjoyed meeting characters around the hotel. i felt the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
The pool area did seem a little crowded during peak hours. Finding available lounge chairs was Sometimes difficult.

staff members were attentive and very helpful at all times. Housekeeping provided daily service. they ensured the room was tidy with fresh towels. the staff answered questions readily.

The location offered easy access to nearby attractions. the complimentary theme park tickets enhanced my experience, nice for spontaneous adventures. i found the staff to be consistently polite and eager to help. I especially appreciated the promptness with which they addressed my requests. the facilities were clean and modern.
the room i occupied had an odd smell upon arrival. it seemed like a humidity issue perhaps related to the carpet and its condition. i mentioned this but no one seemed concerned which was not great given the cost.

The hotel's proximity to warner brothers and yas waterworld was convenient. it made getting to the parks quick and easy. This saved valuable time each day. the access meant more fun was had.

the rooms had modern amenities and were quite spacious, though there was no window to open for fresh air. they offered ample room for relaxation after a long day and they were very clean, though the smell was not. the air conditioning worked efficiently.

the theme park access was a fantastic inclusion. i used the hotel pool and found it very clean. i also appreciated the good gluten-free options available during breakfast. the hotel provided park tickets, made the price very reasonable.
i found that soundproofing from the hallway was not adequate. without earplugs, sounds from other guests in the corridor were audible, disturbing sleep.

The free access to the theme park was great! The special accommodations made for people with determination was so good. Micah provided great service while checking us in. Aziz was very helpful. He.
I didn't like that the pool on the top floor was quite small. I felt it was too crowded. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. I had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated!
