the location worked well for me since it connected to the miracle mile shops that had many dining choices i liked the casino floor a lot too it felt comfortable and easy to navigate i found the personal concierge helpful too i received useful tips and answers to my questions about different activities.
the room seemed simple for the price i paid additionally housekeeping only left fresh towels and one roll of toilet paper they did not provide full cleaning this was a significant inconvenience i hope they can improve this issue in the future.

My room was very clean. I especially liked the fun environment. I would come back. The check-in and check-out process utilized a smooth self-serve option. I enjoyed the provided view from my room .

my room smelled faintly of smoke which was annoying since i booked a non-smoking room housekeeping seemed inconsistent some days they did a great job others it felt rushed there was also a weird stain on the carpet near the window.

i had some issues . my room faced the roof and it was not the 'ultra hip' experience described. the cleaners didn't clean my room for three nights, and when i complained, the check-in staff didn't seem to care. plus, the ice machine near my room was noisy.

I really enjoyed the hotel's location, it was perfect and convenient. the drink service while playing was very nice. The staff seemed to come around every ten minutes. i also liked how the rideshare area was easy to get to. It saved me a lot of time.
The room was a big size, but it lacked a microwave. That was the only thing i didn't like.
