mixed feelings about this stay

the room was excellent. it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel restaurant was overpriced. part of the resort was renovated but another part is old. the price is definitely too high for this resort. We paid too much

serene escape

shuttle service reliable transportation
the free shuttle service to the medina was beneficial, offering convenient and reliable transportation. i appreciated the promptness and ease with which i could explore the city each day. this service eliminated concerns i had about local transport.
the loud reverse beepers were disruptive while i tried to relax by the pool. this noise detracted from the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

extensive selection heated pools many places
The shuttle service to the city center was useful. Breakfast selection was extensive. The hotel provided heated pools. This was a great feature. There were many places, both inside and outside, for relaxation.
I noticed the communal toilets did not maintain the same cleanliness as the rest of the hotel.
