The hotel offered quick check-in. I got tea upon arrival. The staff ensured my comfort (it was very kind of them). The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast had great variety.

the staff were helpful. taxis waited outside the hotel.
The room did not smell fresh. The toilet was not clean. the shower screen and the mirror on the toilet door were cracked, i was disappointed. i waited at the airport for the taxi i ordered. No one apologised.

the staff were friendly and helped with my questions. i found breakfast included many options and a staff member ensured i had everything i needed. my room included a fridge and toiletries.
the pool closed earlier than i expected though it was still a nice amenity.

bad wifichemical juice
The wifi was pretty bad. It barely worked most of the time. breakfast was mostly bread. there weren't fruits or cheese, or even eggs. the coffee tasted really bad and the orange juice tasted like chemicals. i witnessed a guest argue about her dirty, moldy bathroom and the staff just offered her money back if she didn't share photos. it all felt very impolite.

the breakfast was fine (nothing special though).
I was quite disappointed when i found out that the air conditioning only worked when we were in the room. As soon as we left, all the electricity shut off. this.

my room included a tv. the breakfast service was efficient. omelettes were freshly prepared by a very kind staff member. i also found the staff to be helpful.
there was very little internet signal in the rooms.
