adequate stay with some issues

missing towel malfunctioning safe
the gym lacked adequate cleaning supplies. i asked for a towel and was denied one unless i had a massage. the room's safe malfunctioned repeatedly. maintenance addressed this quickly, yet the problem resurfaced.

check-in process limited minibar
the check-in was not smooth. i was told to go have lunch and return later, however, i was not given any directions to the restaurant. also, the mini-bar only had water (i would have liked soft drinks).

a pleasant stay

warm smiles clean room variety of dishes attentive lifeguards
The staff greeted me with warm smiles upon arrival. my room was ready, clean, and well-kept. i appreciated the variety of options during breakfast. There were local dishes and familiar favorites. i spent an afternoon at the pool. The lifeguards were attentive.
i found the gym equipment slightly dated.

The room included a king-size bed and a furnished balcony with clear views of the sea. It was really nice. it also included a mini-fridge, safe, and a tv with international channels. I found it very convenient.

the main restaurant served a breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. i enjoyed the local specialties, but there were also pancakes, eggs, and bacon. the staff kept the buffet well-stocked, which helped a lot.

acceptable but disappointing

cold breakfast fly problem
the staff at the car drop-off point were helpful.
the breakfast food was cold and not much choice was provided. flies were all around the food. i mainly ate bread and boiled eggs because those seemed like the safest choices.
