decent stay with some disappointments
poor quality outdated rooms
I found the food quality to be quite poor. everything seemed low quality and lacked flavor. the rooms felt outdated. Especially the bathrooms. cleanliness was also an issue, although not terribly bad, it could certainly improve.

a romantic getaway
extensive grounds attentive staff
The hotel grounds are extensive and well-kept. the animation team was friendly and energetic. i really enjoyed the shows. They put on at night were great. the staff are so attentive and helpful.
i found the cocktails included in the all-inclusive package of poor quality. i wished they used better ingredients. it would greatly enhance the experience.

The superior double room included a tv with several english channels. the room was cleaned daily. Towels were changed. the bed was large.

the hotel has a private beach area with plenty of sunbeds. the grounds are green and very well kept. the complex includes three large pools. it had a perfect location.

The reception staff was very helpful. They accommodated our requests with no fuss. the restaurant staff was attentive. They ensured our needs were met. the animation team kept us smiling.
