enthusiastic crew warm attitude
i found the hotel crew at the pool so enthusiastic. they interacted with us so well, and their warm attitudes made our day. i particularly loved how they always had a smile for everyone.
the food felt repetitive sometimes, with not many options. it's a shame since other parts of the hotel shine so bright.

I found the staff very kind. My room was spacious and clean. The family room had two bathrooms. Taxis to the city center were easily accessible.

Charming Stay with Really good Service!

Adil, Amine, and Achraf provided AMAZING service. Their professionalism. They handled every request with genuine care. The hotel offered a beautiful, spacious layout. I found the reception staff and managers polite and helpful.
I noticed the absence of slippers, a minor inconvenience.
