Shaimaa offered excellent service throughout my stay. She addressed all requests promptly and effectively. The hotel boasts a clean, sleek design (i found it charming). The front desk staff, including Imane, were courteous. They ensured all needs were met efficiently.
The street-facing room introduced some nighttime traffic noise. the comfortable bed let me sleep anyway.

The room was spotlessly clean. It featured a very comfortable bed (i especially appreciated the crisp linens) and offered quiet surroundings for restful sleep, very welcome after a long day.

ibtissam at reception was helpful. she welcomed us warmly. the check-in process was seamless. she was always available to assist us. i found a secure place to store our luggage. this allowed us to enjoy our time without stress. the coffee was excellent. the sweets were delicious.
our room faced the street, so i experienced some noise at night.

there is a coffee machine offering a variety of coffee types. guests can enjoy juice from a juice machine in the lobby. traditional tea and biscuits are offered during check-in. guests can use a whatsapp group to ask questions.

the staff arranged a taxi to the airport early. the hotel receptionist explained everything we needed to know. we received a small gift at check-out. we were given a voucher for a free one-night stay for future use.

king size bedspot lighting
The room included a king size bed. it also had nice ambient lighting. Spot lighting was also present. the bathroom included large walk in showers. Rainfall and handheld showerheads were installed. the hotel cleaned the room every day.
the sound proofing was not the best, i could hear cars beeping.
