The lobby was GRAND!!! It featured very pretty decor. The staff upgraded my room to a spacious suite, I appreciated this. I had a balcony overlooking the pool, very nice.
The gym facilities were somewhat limited.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I noticed several kinds of bread, pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. The area was clean and well-kept. The dining staff seemed efficient. I saw no long queues.

The reception staff provided helpful directions to local shops. They also gave clear instructions about using local transport. I noticed they were consistently polite. They addressed questions effectively. I believe this added value to my stay.
Facilities

The hotel had a sizable pool, and I counted many beds and chairs around the pool area. There were two restaurants, but they were quite empty at times. I also saw a bar. There were nice gardens.
Location

The hotel location provided easy access to both the Medina and the newer parts of the city. I determined the Medina was only a five-minute taxi ride away. The new city also seemed five minutes away. This made exploration convenient.
