I found the staff helpful and friendly. They booked two guided tours for us. one was to the medina, the other to the atlas mountains, both lovely. breakfasts in the courtyard each morning were a delight, a simple pleasure i will always cherish. the location was great. It was near the taxi stand.
The shower water stopped after a few minutes once. It took some time to come back on, a small inconvenience.

the room had comfortable beds and clean, spacious interiors that felt really homely. details were carefully thought out, from the lighting to the placement of the furniture. it was definitely one of the most beautiful rooms i have seen.

the room size proved smaller than anticipated. moving around the bed was somewhat difficult. the absence of hot food options at breakfast was a slight disappointment (i would have liked some eggs).

I found the staff attentive. They arranged an airport transfer via email before i arrived. the bedrooms offer traditional style with modern touches and light, airy spaces. i appreciated the rooftop suntrap for january afternoons. It provided a great escape from the medina. i noted the entire riad was spotlessly clean.

The daily breakfast was a highlight. It featured a variation of delicious cakes! breads and pastries. we were greeted with mint tea and biscuits upon arrival. The biscuits were delicious. i found the local breakfast freshly made.

the location suited us well as it is toward the top end of the medina. it is about a fifteen minute walk to jemaa el-fna but close to shops. i could reach restaurants and food stalls nearby easily.

the decor is fine. facilities were amazing too. our room comfortably slept us. breakfast was great and it changed each day. the hotel has a log fire lit each day.
the shower water turned off after less than five minutes. i waited ten minutes before it came back on. luckily the weather was hot that day.

The riad location was perfect, it was near the taxi stand so car drop offs were easy. breakfasts in the courtyard were AMAZING!!! the warm pool in the afternoon was also great. the staff booked two guided tours for me. One to the medina, and another to the atlas mountains.
the room i booked was quite small, it made moving around the bed difficult.
