my visit was wonderful. the staff consistently displayed attentiveness, kindness, and helpfulness, especially fouzia and salma. the hotel itself is lovely, with charming details and many spots to explore. the breakfast service was also a delight, offering excellent food and warm, professional service.
during my stay, i noticed that the gym equipment could benefit from some upgrades to ensure a more comprehensive workout experience

The hotel staff was helpful and professional. The location is convenient. I found restaurants and a shopping center directly across the road. Breakfast was really nice. It offered many options. The hotel is beautiful and picturesque. This hotel is a great choice for travels.
I found that some housekeepers were rude and came into our room unexpectedly. It was quite unsettling, and I would appreciate it if they had knocked or announced themselves before entering. This would ensure guest privacy and avoid any potential disturbances.
