i found the staff very helpful during check in and they allowed early access to my room. the spa offered excellent services and my booked massage was great. the room provided ample space and i appreciated the comfort.
the air conditioning had an issue one night and wasn't working i was thankful for easy that night but malta can get very hot and without the breeze it would have been difficult

the breakfast buffet has a varied selection including both hot and cold items alongside fresh fruit and pastries it is served in a comfortable area near reception. the coffee machine produced quality drinks too the staff replenished items quickly. i found the options satisfying each morning.

the rooftop pool offers clean water with city views it is suitable for a refreshing swim. the spa has a jacuzzi sauna and steam room access requires an extra fee. the gym contains basic equipment for a workout.

staff at reception were always available to assist with requests and provide information i noticed quick responses to any queries. housekeeping maintained cleanliness throughout my stay. the turn down service was a nice touch.

The air conditioning system was centralized, and i found it too hot for my liking. I was told to just open the window. the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the area felt cramped. honestly? that ruined my new year's eve and birthday. They definitely dropped the ball. the slow staff didn't help. Everything seemed like a struggle.

I found the location to be acceptable. It was close to various dining spots.
The noise was a problem. I could hear everything from the hallway, and the staff seemed fond of slamming doors early in the morning. Relaxation was difficult because of this poor soundproofing

Charming stay in a lovely hotel

I was charmed by the size of the room. It included a big shower, which I appreciated. I also loved the small details in the room. The daily water refill was a nice touch, and I thought the staff was friendly.
I did notice a slight negative, the area leading up to the hotel includes a steep hill, which can be challenging after a long day.

The location is quiet, and that's a plus. It is also a short walk from the sea. I enjoyed a nice stroll along the promenade.

Our room included many amenities in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. A thank you note with popcorn was left for us by the staff on our last day, and I was very charmed by it

the room was a beautiful double or twin room. fresh towels arrived daily if needed and the beds were made plus bins emptied.
i travel a lot for my job. customer service needs improvement. staff often chat during breakfast with little to no work to do. at other times, only one receptionist is available and can't leave the desk (management suggested it is a cost-saving exercise).
