lovely librarywarm staff
the hotel offered a lovely library with coffee and treats available all day and night. the staff was very warm and cute, even extending my stay was easy.
the ac had a slight issue one night.

the hotel impressed me in every aspect. the staff members were polite and lovely people. i especially valued the convenient 3-minute walk to the main square. the room was clean. i am planning my return!
i thought the price was too high relative to the offering.

the hotel features a library, and it provides complimentary airport transfers arranged by the concierge. these transfers added to the convenience. the fast wifi reception and recreation areas were very pleasing.

The hotel staff were very nice. I was also greeted with a welcome drink.
I found the experience disappointing, especially considering the price. I faced issues with the air conditioning, it did not work. The room was uncomfortably warm during the night. The hotel should have offered some compensation.

The minibar prices felt a little steep. I think some more reasonably priced options would be nice. also, i noticed some dust in the corners of the bathroom. Housekeeping could pay a bit more attention there. these were minor issues overall, but they did detract slightly from an otherwise lovely stay. i think just a little more attention to detail could make a big difference. it's a shame, as otherwise it was nearly perfect, really.
