broken safe missing lock
The rooftop terrace provided city views. I mean, if you're into that kind of thing.
My room did have some issues. The safe decided to take a vacation and refuse working and I found the bathroom door lacked the simple luxury of a lock. TV only connected to YouTube. Imagine that.

Enchanting Escape in the Medina
cute staff central location
I found the staff cute and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was a good experience. I especially enjoyed the central location near the souks. It made exploring so easy. It really allowed me to experience the local culture!
The weak WiFi signal was a slight inconvenience. It was difficult to connect at times. This made planning my day a little challenging. I wished I could reliably plan my day.

helpful staff central location clean pool single mug grubby towel broken lamp
the staff assisted with local recommendations and laundry. the location allowed easy access to the medina. i appreciated the clean pool after a day out.
i found only one mug in my room . the towels provided were a bit grubby. some lamps in the room did not function.

The hotel has a really good location. It is close to the souks and other attractions. I like the tasty breakfast they have and many options are available. Staffs are very helpful, and they are very lovely too.
The room I had was dark. It was a dingy room without any window. The bathroom looked dirty and moldy. There were electrical wires exposed right next to the basin.
