fresh juice spotlessly clean room low wifi musty wardrobe
The breakfast had good variety (i liked the fresh orange juice). Staff were helpful with tips for exploring. I also appreciated the spotlessly clean room. Furniture was new.
Wifi connection in the room was low. The wardrobe smelled musty, so i did not use it.

The rooms include comfortable beds and beautiful common areas. Every space is thoughtfully designed. I especially liked the upper sun deck. The poolside beds are comfortable. I also enjoyed the tasty food, both for dinner and breakfast.
The room had a low wifi connection inside, though alternative networks were lower. I found the dampness in the bathroom to be a problem. I also think the wardrobe smelled bad because of the dampness.

weak signal stale pastries
The plunge pool was rather small. I expected something bigger. the wi-fi signal was weak in my room. also, the air conditioning was acting up. It kept turning off automatically during the night. it made the sleep a little UNCOMFORTABLE. finally, the breakfast pastries tasted a bit stale one morning. Fresher pastries would have been preferable.

helpful staff comfy bed convenient location relaxing atmosphere
the staff were so helpful arranging taxis for us! the bed was very comfy, and i enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment, i definitely recommend. i found the location convenient, with a short walk to the souks on a quiet street. the courtyard and pool provided a relaxing atmosphere.
the wifi connection was sometimes weak.

underwhelming stay
mildew smell damp bathroom
breakfast was acceptable.
I had some issues with the room i was assigned. It smelled strongly of mildew, honestly. the wardrobe seemed to share a wall with the damp bathroom and reeked. staff didn't seem too concerned when i brought it up.
