The plunge pool was rather small. I expected something bigger. the wi-fi signal was weak in my room. also, the air conditioning was acting up. It kept turning off automatically during the night. it made the sleep a little UNCOMFORTABLE. finally, the breakfast pastries tasted a bit stale one morning. Fresher pastries would have been preferable.

the staff were so helpful arranging taxis for us! the bed was very comfy, and i enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment, i definitely recommend. i found the location convenient, with a short walk to the souks on a quiet street. the courtyard and pool provided a relaxing atmosphere.
the wifi connection was sometimes weak.

breakfast was acceptable.
I had some issues with the room i was assigned. It smelled strongly of mildew, honestly. the wardrobe seemed to share a wall with the damp bathroom and reeked. staff didn't seem too concerned when i brought it up.
