charming stay!
unique decorfriendly staffexcellent wifiamazing views
i found the location amazing because the historic building includes unique decor in every corner. the staff were friendly and very helpful with all my needs. the roof terrace provided amazing views. a wonderful pool area. wi-fi was excellent throughout the hotel .
the hotel has many hallways and i found it a bit cold since i stayed during the cooler months. the draft was noticeable , especially in my room on the top floor. the breakfast buffet area got crowded easily , and items sometimes ran out quickly.

nouhaila provided amazing service. malik helped plan activities and took care of me. the reception staff were always happy to help with a smile.

the rooms were beautifully designed , very clean , and comfortable. i got a free upgrade that was a pleasant surprise. my room included rose petals everywhere which was a very nice touch. the bathroom was wonderful with excellent amenities.

the breakfast was nice and the staff ensured everything was fresh. i found a variety of hot moroccan dishes. there were also yoghurts , fruit and pastries available.

the rooftop terrace has panoramic views and enough space for everyone. i loved hearing the call to prayer from the terrace. the pool is heated , though quite teeny , it was still enjoyable. the spa offered a variety of treatments.

i found the staff to be helpful. they answered my questions and provided attentive service. the location is also convenient for accessing the medina by foot it is only a short walk to the main square.
the room i stayed in lacked natural light. it only had small high windows that let in very little light. the bathroom had previous guests' hair in the drain the bathtub was also uncomfortable it was completely open so water splashed on the floor easily.

Its proximity to the main square made it easy to reach meeting spots for various activities. All the staff were amazing. I found Simo and Ahmed at the reception particularly helpful. The atmosphere was upgraded with thoughtful details like the fireplace in the entrance hall. The food was top quality.
My room was above the lobby, and the sound echoed, causing some noise disturbance. Some residents spoke loudly on the bedroom level. There were only two hangers in my room initially.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Simo and Ahmed from the reception were really good. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed offered great comfort. I also found the bathroom great because it included nice tiles.

The breakfast offered a varied selection of Moroccan and Western dishes. I appreciated the quality and diversity. Nouhaila, the Chief, and Mariama were always super friendly and helpful whenever I visited the restaurant.

I found the pool clean and refreshing! I was glad for the indoor pool because I visited before the heat of summer. The location is very convenient because it is close to the square.

the staff were helpful arranging a tour guide. they also organised an airport taxi for me. breakfast was a wide ranging buffet with plenty of options, i found it all to be well presented.
My room was above the lobby and there was a lot of noise. The sound echoed. some residents didn't speak quietly once on the bedroom level. the top sheet on the bed didn't fit fully and i only had two hangers in my room. i asked for more but it took a while. the hamman had an overpowering smell of mould, it was not the best hamman i have ever had.
