lovely surprise
private poolquiet pathprofessional staffquick handling
I stayed four nights in the suite private pool. the grounds were gorgeous with ponds, gardens, and quiet paths. i saw many cats, frogs, a peacock family, and turtles and it was awesome. The hotel gym had a great heavy-bag too. i found the staff kind and professional. They handled a concern quickly which i appreciated.
the front desk was not able to fulfill a late checkout request! though i understand such requests are subject to availability.

The hotel included a gym with cardio equipment and free weights. I also noticed a spa offering massages and other treatments. several open fireplaces provided cozy vibes in cooler evenings in the lobby and restaurant.

The hotel offered easy access to the city center. The hotel is located a short drive from the main attractions. the free shuttle bus ran on a reliable schedule. It helped a lot to get around.

the staff were attentive and helpful! front desk assisted with excursions and transport arrangements. managers greeted guests daily. they were very proactive.

Breakfast included table service. It was delicious. the restaurant featured sushi which was excellent. i also noticed they have tajines available on the menu, and they looked delicious too.
