underwhelming experience

slow service small portions
the food standard was good and offered lovely choices.
the evening shows are still all the same and repetitive, without new additions. the italian restaurant had small portions, and the service was slightly slow.

THE staff are attentive, always ready to assist with a SMILE. I particularly enjoyed the diverse culinary options available at the on-site restaurants. THE cleanliness of my room was perfect. Housekeeping ensured a tidy space daily.
THE poolside music was occasionally a bit TOO loud.

maintained grounds excellent location
The grounds are well-kept, also the pool is great. the spacious room had everything i needed. the location is excellent. It is just a 30-minute walk from the harbour.
breakfast service sometimes had long queues for seating, even though there were tables available.

super clean rooms quick check-in food variety early closing uncomfortable arena strict dress code
the rooms were super clean. i appreciated the quick and easy online check-in process. the food was fantastic with great variety.
The pool bar closed quite early at 6.30pm. i found the entertainment arena to be warm and uncomfortable. the adults-only italian restaurant had a strict dress code for men that i disagreed with. It required long trousers and closed toe shoes.

solid stay , some minor issues

varied food clean room amazing staff
the food was excellent and varied at all meal times. the room was very clean , well-equipped and spacious. the staff were amazing , always courteous and helpful.
i was slightly disappointed that some evening shows repeated , lacking new additions. the quality remained good , but the repetition was noticeable.
